Can a cancel my contract at any time? Yes you can cancel at any time and we neither have a notice period nor a penalty. Just notify us at least 1 month before you leave and your storage space is empty.

Can I change to another locker? Yes you can change to another available locker at no costs. You only pay for the used days.

At what times can I visit my storage box ? You can visit your storagebox 24/7 using your cell phone.

How can I access my storage box? You can access 24/7 our location by using your cell phone. Your storagebox is provided with your personal lock provided by us.

Are my belongings safe with in my storagebox? Yes we have safety systems, camerasystem, entrycontrol system and firecontrolsystem to protect your and our belongings.

Can you help me with moving? Yes you can use our trailer for free and we have a partner who can help you with moving.

Are my/our belongings insured? For more information about insurance please contact your insurance company.

How does the payment work? You can pay however you like. Although we prefer direct debit, cash payment is possible.

How can I convert the rent weekprice to the rent monthprice Weekprice / 7 = Dayprice. Dayprice x 365 = Yearprice. Yearprice / 12 = Monthprice
